Any attempt to monetize Lunara's outputs or repackage its logic for commercial gain is a direct breach of this agreement.

System integrity is paramount. Users are prohibited from: 1. Deploying automated scripts to manipulate command throughput. 2. Attempting to bypass regional audio restrictions via backend exploits. 3. Overloading infrastructure with high-frequency request bursts. Lunara maintains zero tolerance for activities that degrade the experience for other users.

Lunara functions as an ephemeral gateway. Media is not indexed, hosted, or cached. The system acts solely on real-time user instructions to fetch publicly accessible data streams. You, as the operator, are strictly responsible for the legality of the content requested. Lunara is a neutral mirror of your commands; it does not curate or endorse the high-fidelity streams it delivers.

Our architecture utilizes standardized web-request protocols to bridge third-party content to Discord. This interaction follows public-access pathways and does not intrude upon private data silos or encrypted barriers. Lunara's agency is strictly defined by user input; it possesses no autonomous crawling capabilities and remains in a dormant state until a command is validated.

Lunara is delivered 'As-Is'—a peak performance utility but without a guarantee of absolute uptime. All liability for software-related interruptions or content-source fluctuations is disclaimed. Users agree to indemnify the individual owner of Lunara against any legal inquiries arising from specific server-side content requests or community management decisions.

These terms are governed by digital service standards and applicable laws. The right to evolve these terms as the platform architecture changes is reserved. Your continued command history following an update serves as confirmation of your alignment with the new standards.
